Dolwilym Farm Holiday Cottage sleeps six.

This wing of the original farmhouse is approached by an amazing gothic archway and the farm track leads you past a pretty church and bluebell woodland.

Slate and wood steps lead to the entrance into the sun room which has bench seating with cushions and overlooks the garden and the valley. Two steps then lead you through a stone archway and half glazed doors to the main sitting room which has some unusual features including several internal antique stained glass windows and an original 1738 window with wooden shutters.

The sitting room is furnished with comfortable easy seating, colour TV, DVD player and items of antique furniture, there is also an electric coal effect fire for cooler summer evenings or chilly winter days. The kitchen has a laminate wood floor and is fitted with a range of hand made pine cupboards and has an electric oven, ceramic hob, butlers sink with wooden draining board, microwave oven, fridge and small freezer.

The owner, who lives next door, offers shared use of an automatic washing machine and larger freezer in her utility room. There is a dining table with 6 chairs and a stable door leads from the kitchen to the completely enclosed rear country garden which also has a dog run and kennels for your use.

There are three bedrooms, one is upstairs on the same level as the kitchen and sitting room and the other two are downstairs. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, large pine built in wardrobes with shelves and an original window with wooden shutters. The family bathroom is upstairs and comprises a suite of bath with overhead power shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Downstairs the two bedrooms are linked so best suited for family use - bedroom 3 is accessed by walking through bedroom 2. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, tiled floor with rug, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en-suite cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed, corner cupboard, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a door which leads out to the patio area. All the beds have duvets and will be made up with fresh bedlinen for your arrival. There is full oil fired central heating throughout the property, this is included in the rental from May to October and charged at a flat rate of £25 per week at all other times. Ample parking for up to 4 cars in front of the property. Up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome.
