Slate and wood steps lead to the entrance into
the sun room which has bench seating with cushions and overlooks the
garden and the valley. Two steps then lead you through a stone archway
and half glazed doors to the main sitting room which has some unusual
features including several internal antique stained glass windows and
an original 1738 window with wooden shutters.
The sitting room is furnished
with comfortable easy seating, colour TV, DVD player and items of antique
furniture, there is also an electric coal effect fire for cooler summer
evenings or chilly winter days. The kitchen has a laminate wood floor
and is fitted with a range of hand made pine cupboards and has an electric
oven, ceramic hob, butlers sink with wooden draining board, microwave
oven, fridge and small freezer.
There are three bedrooms, one is upstairs on the same level as the kitchen and sitting room and the other two are downstairs. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, large pine built in wardrobes with shelves and an original window with wooden shutters.
